Ms. Dram is a lecturer of Supply Chain Management at the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a seasoned business leader, strategist, and consultant with expertise in strategic planning, global supply chain management, and business transformation. Prior to joining Loyola, Ms. Dram served as the Director of Global Supply Chain Resiliency and Sales & Operations Planning at McDonald’s, where she led strategic efforts to secure supply assurance, drive digitization, and enable business growth globally. She is involved in professional and community organizations, serving on the boards of the Romanian Community Center of Chicago, Romanian United Foundation’s GlobalRomania, and the International Trade Club of Chicago.
