About the Summit
Now entering its fourth edition, the Romanian Community Summit has become the largest annual gathering of diaspora leaders in North America. The Summit convenes voices from business, academia, community, and faith to share perspectives, launch collaborations, and strengthen the role of the Romanian diaspora worldwide. Learn more
Purpose of the Board
The Summit Board is the decision forum that guides the vision and direction of the event. Meeting three times per year, the Board is tasked with making significant decisions such as:

Venue and location

Budget oversight and resource allocation
Why Join
Board members are recognized Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from Academia, Business, Community, and Faith. The role is designed to:

Support the organizing team with strategic input and direction

Bring credibility and authority to the Summit through representation of key sectors

Open the Summit to broader, more relevant audiences and ensure its impact continues to grow

Rotation & Renewal: Each year, new members are elected, with at least 50% of seats renewed annually
Commitment

Meetings: 3 per year (virtual or in person)

Term: 1 year, with the possibility of renewal

Contribution: Thought leadership, sector expertise, and network access
