- Strengthening Partnerships: We are committed to broadening our network by engaging more organizations, religious institutions, and multicultural groups. This effort enhances the Summit's diversity and fosters meaningful collaborations.
- Exploring Community Interests: Our agenda delves into topics that resonate deeply with our community, facilitating discussions that uncover pressing issues, development opportunities, and avenues for cross-community cooperation.
- Empowering Youth Leadership: Recognizing the importance of our younger members, we are introducing dedicated sessions and workshops focused on youth empowerment, leadership development, and career guidance. A newly established youth advisory board will contribute fresh perspectives to the Summit's planning and execution.

In February 2023 - at the first annual Chicago Romanian Community Summit - community leaders, members of nonprofit organizations, churches, businesses, academia, and artistic groups came together in a series of panels to engage, collaborate, and strengthen our community spirit
